  Noah showed up exactly on time and was able to fix my locked door issue in just a couple of minutes. He laid out all of my options to fix the issue and offered solutions so it wouldn't happen again. He was very friendly and professional as was the person on the phone who booked my appointment. Reasonably priced and great service!

  The guy was nice but I have to give 1 star because the service sucked. I called yesterday about a replacement key, they said they we're out and they would call me right when they got back, but didn't see why it would be an issue to make it. Hours later they close and never called back. The next day I called and asked again, he said he was gonna check and would call me back in a couple minutes. HOURS LATER I had to call back just for them to say "hold on let me check" and then for them to be like, well we dont have it in stock. They made me wait over a day just to tell me that. If they had called me back the day before and ordered it, I would be at work right now, but instead I have to get a tow to a dealership for them to over charge me because I can't miss anymore days of work. Call your customers BACK!!!
