  Used to do a lot of business here due to the pricing that I was able to get on items now I try to return less than $200 worth of stuff and they get all huffy and puffy they tell me that they can no longer look up my account The one they told me to open so they could look up returns in the first place so I asked for the owner didn't get his name got a really bad connection actually he refused to tell me his name so shout out to whoever you are you really stand by your business you are the worst of the worst and I hope everybody knows that this is how you deal with returns I doubt anybody's going to want to buy anything when I have to deal with this every time something goes wrong seeing as though everything was new in the box it should've been simple just like your receipt states 30 days I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau following this and any boards that will hear my complaint in the Massachusetts area this is wrong and whoever owns East Coast Hydro you should be ashamed yourself the way you conduct business .
